Bootcamp is a 50- 60 minute class that incorporates training techniques in the following areas: Core, stability, balance, flexibility, strength and cardio using multiple modalities.

For everyone wanting transformation in these 3 areas through exercise, goal setting, positive intention and camaraderie with other like minded women and men!!!!!
Classes will be held every Monday, Wednesday, Friday morning from 6:00 – 6:50 at Mountain Top Physical Therapy 1794 Olympic Parkway #140 Park City, Utah
WHAT CLIENTS CAN EXPECT FROM BOOTCAMP CLASSES
- A 45-60 minute workout 2-3 days a week incorporating cardio, strength, and mobility training
- A closed Facebook group where recipes, nutritional information, workouts, words of encouragement can be shared amongst the group
Cost is $180 for a 10 day punch pass or $20 for a drop in
(Punch passes are interchangeable)

Sunrise Co-Ed Summer Bootcamp May-August
For men and women wanting a full body workout in a small group setting focusing on cardio and strength training. Classes will be held every M/W/F morning from 6:00- 6:50 am at Willow Creek Park where we will be doing an outdoor workout sessions (weather permitting).
